Closed Decking of WRX EJ20 & EJ25 Blocks

One of our most successful products/services we have developed is the “CLOSE DECKING” of the Subaru 2.0 & 2.5 Litre EJ series engines. 

We take your engine and machine it to accept our Billet Alloy 6061 close deck plates. This process involves no heating or welding so does not affect the integrity of your block at all.  

This process is not only fantastic for high boost and Nitrous based engines but can be used on even standard EJ Series engines to help prevent head gasket related issues.  

The plates are installed leaving approximately 0.5mm proud of the block so that your engine shop can surface the block and plates down to the required deck height.
